What we collect
Contact details you give us when you call, email, or message us, and the booking information you submit when you reserve classes, book sessions, or make purchases. Our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs (like IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running; we don't run advertising or analytics trackers.
Bookings run on WellnessLiving
Class reservations, appointments, memberships, purchases, and your client account are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc. under their privacy policy. We access that data to run classes, appointments, and memberships, nothing more.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it beyond the service providers described above.
Marketing messages
If you opt in through your booking account, we may send emails or texts about classes, schedule changes, and offers. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can also manage preferences in your WellnessLiving account or by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing pilatesevolution@gmail.com. If you live in a region with specific privacy rights (such as California under the CCPA), we'll honor the rights that apply to you.
