SouthGlenn's Lagree Studio
This is Lagree: slow, spring-loaded, and joint-friendly. Every class caps at 12, so every rep is seen and coached.
Lagree runs on time under tension: slow, controlled reps against spring resistance, with no momentum to bail you out. Moving slowly keeps the muscle under load for the entire rep. The trembling you feel is deep fatigue reaching the muscle, and it means the work is landing.
It's high-intensity without the impact: the springs load your muscles, not your joints. That's why beginners and athletes train side by side on the same Megaformer. 45 minutes, coached hands-on from the first rep to the last.

No. Most people walk in never having touched a Megaformer. Arrive 5 minutes early and your coach will walk you through the machine before class starts.
Leggings or fitted athletic wear, plus water. Grip socks are required on the machine. If you don't own a pair, we sell them at the studio.
Spots release at start time. If it's your first visit and you're running late, we'll ask you to reschedule; the machine intro is too important to skip.
We offer a dedicated Pregnancy & Postnatal class plus private options. Consult your physician first, then let your coach know so they can meet you where you are.
Twelve, max. That's the cap on every format except Live DJ Sculpt, which runs at 24. Small enough that your coach sees every rep.
Through your WellnessLiving account, the same place you booked. Late-cancel and no-show fees apply, because with 12 spots every machine counts.
45 minutes, 12 spots. Arrive five minutes early and we'll walk you through the machine.
