Becca has over a decade of professional experience in the fitness field and loves the science behind a good workout. She loves to challenge the Lagree veteran while also customizing the experience to help new clients get off to a great start. She has done everything from personal training to small group training to teaching classes for people ranging from 15 to 95. Becca has a M.Ed. of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas. She was hooked after her first Lagree class because it offers a truly unique, whole-body, results-driven workout. Becca has lived in Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Colorado – where she hopes to never leave. She likes spending time with family and friends and getting in plenty of cardio while chasing around her two young boys.

Lindsey has been teaching Lagree fitness for over five years and has had the pleasure of being trained by Sebastian Lagree himself on more than one occasion. "You never forget a class taught by Sebastian!! It's a pretty intense experience "

Her appreciation for physical fitness can be traced back to her days competing in gymnastics, volleyball, and performing with a hip-hop dance crew. All of these experiences have made her the trainer she is today! "As an instructor, I care most about creating a fun and energetic atmosphere where people can get a killer workout and leave with new friends".

Georgia is a small town girl from Kansas, graduated with a B.S. degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara and has been living in Colorado ever since with her fiancé, Brandon and her beagle, Bailey. She is passionate about natural health, fitness and educating on the importance of detoxing your body, home, beauty products and mindset to create a total body transformation.  Georgia decided to become a Lagree Fitness instructor because she is truly passionate about the workout and feels it can make a huge difference in those that are willing to commit and stay consistent, both inside and out of the studio. She enjoys cooking healthy meals, time in nature, working out, yoga, reading inspirational books and working on mindset and personal development.  She is a lover of essential oils, natural remedies and enjoys being a Beautycounter consultant and educator.  Georgia looks forward to the opportunity to train, motivate and inspire you to reach your goals both inside and outside of the studio.

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Denver in 2015. I've been involved in athletics since I was a kid and played collegiate volleyball at the University of Tennessee. Following my college career, I continued to pursue my volleyball career professionally. I sustained a season-ending back injury during my third pro season in South Korea, and found Lagree during my rehab journey back in Denver. A fellow PE instructor introduced me to Lagree and I have been in love with it ever since. I thrive on a good physical challenge and I love that this method really has no limits. I decided to become a Lagree instructor because I'm addicted to the workout and love that a 40 minute class can be so hard! I am also a certified yoga instructor. I utilize my knowledge of the body from years of professional volleyball and weight lifting to create physically challenging, fun workouts that push my students beyond what they think they are capable of. When I'm not in the studio I'm adventuring with my pup,  Mochi. I love yoga, hiking, camping and pretty much anything active and outside. I believe in the life-changing power of movement and mindfulness, and am so excited to be apart of the Pilates Evolution team!

Sarah comes from a background of a variety of sports. She grew up playing soccer, tennis and got into long distance running during her high school years when she joined the cross-country team. While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, Sarah expanded her running and dabbled in half marathons. In order to gain strength in addition to running, she tried out Pilates and has loved it ever since. “Pilates became an obsession for me, something that was oddly addicting, and I simply just don’t get tired of it. It makes me feel so strong and beautiful”. Additionally, Sarah lost her mother to breast cancer in 2010, and Pilates has been an outlet, and Sarah’s “way of prevention”. Sarah decided to become an instructor because it has become her passion to pass along good health habits and teach those around her about what it means to live a healthy, fit life.

There are energetic people, and then there's Erin. You can almost always find her running, playing soccer, or engaged in some kind of fitness related activity. She can run a half marathon in 1:30:27 and has a variety of fitness specialties under her belt including: Mat and Reformer Pilates, Zumba, AIR yoga, Bootcamp, TRX, and Kickboxing. Her start to the fitness industry came around through Personal Training and managing a kickboxing gym, but once she caught the Pilates bug, she's been an enthusiast ever since. Erin began working for Pilates ProWorks in West Loop, Chicago where her specialty included weekly Pilates, Kickboxing and Bootcamp classes. She uses her knowledge of Physical Therapy and Personal Training to create the best full body workout possible, and makes sure the stereo in class is always bumping the right jams. Erin received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology- Movement Science from Texas Christian University, but got an honorary "beach bum" degree while spending her first 3 years of school in Hawaii. Having been involved in an active lifestyle since early childhood, Erin has a great passion for her fitness based career.

Sami Paetz

Sami found her love for fitness through her career as a former collegiate soccer player. Sami is a certified Muscle Activation Specialist practicing for over 3 years. She moved to Denver from California in 2014 to live closer to her 2 older sisters and to pursue her passion for the health and fitness industry. Her love for the Lagree Method was sparked by how well it targeted every muscle group with low risk for injury. Through her functional Lagree method class she hopes to inspire and motivate clients new and seasoned to become strong, heathy, and improved versions of themselves.

Gina is a nutrition and fitness enthusiast who hails from Prescott, AZ. Growing up dancing, rock climbing, biking, hiking, and running, her drive and competitive spirit landed her on varsity track her freshman year of high school, as well as the basketball team, show choir, and as a lead in her high school’s production of “Oklahoma!” In 2001 she took her love of music and entertainment to Belmont University in Nashville, where she pursued a degree in business and was a dancer on the Belmont Dance Team. After graduating from college, she was introduced to snowboarding and found her way back out west, moving to Denver in 2008. Dipping her toe into group fitness classes for the first time at a 6AM spin class shortly after her arrival, her obsession with HIIT, spin, barre, yoga, step – and now Lagree – was born, and she is thrilled to combine her love of music + physical activity together when she teaches Lagree. When she’s not busy planning her weekly workout schedule on the MindBody app, she’s playing with her two kiddos and husband, Willa, Theo and Bryan.
