BECCA SANDAHL

Becca has over a decade of professional experience in the fitness field and loves the science behind a good workout. She loves to challenge the Lagree veteran while also customizing the experience to help new clients get off to a great start. She has done everything from personal training to small group training to teaching classes for people ranging from 15 to 95. Becca has a M.Ed. of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas. She was hooked after her first Lagree class because it offers a truly unique, whole-body, results-driven workout. Becca has lived in Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Colorado – where she hopes to never leave. She likes spending time with family and friends and getting in plenty of cardio while chasing around her two young boys.

LINDSAY LILLPOP

Lindsey has been teaching Lagree fitness for over five years and has had the pleasure of being trained by Sebastian Lagree himself on more than one occasion. "You never forget a class taught by Sebastian!! It's a pretty intense experience "


Her appreciation for physical fitness can be traced back to her days competing in gymnastics, volleyball, and performing with a hip-hop dance crew. All of these experiences have made her the trainer she is today! "As an instructor, I care most about creating a fun and energetic atmosphere where people can get a killer workout and leave with new friends".

Katrina Prutch

Katrina has been active in sports and anything to do with outdoors since her youth. She has recently started SUPing in her journey to always have fun and enjoy the outdoors. She has been with the Southglenn team since opening their doors in 2013. Katrina was hooked from her 1st class and was amazed at how awesome and challenging this workout is. Since beginning with us she has had 2 beautiful baby girls and feels with her back ground as a Physical Therapist Assistant she can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Sara Beth 

Sara Beth (SB) is originally from Rochester, New York and moved to Denver in 2009. She has a Master’s of Science in Advanced Inclusive Processes from
Saint Bonaventure University. As a business owner, she provides coaching and consultation to families and caregivers of children, ages birth-21, with developmental delays. After college, she decided on a whim to move to Colorado and hasn’t looked back since. Climbing mountains, cycling, rock climbing, yoga, swimming, and (of course!) Lagree are essential to her fitness repertoire. After SB was introduced to the Lagree method at Pilates Evolution, she instantly knew instructing would become a stimulating adventure that would channel her already developed strengths as an interventionist. When she isn’t working or working out, you can find SB traveling the globe with her husband Cédric, watching the latest movie releases, or hanging out with friends and family! Lauren Stone

Lauren grew up in Monument Colorado and attended college at the University of Denver. She has a background in HR but found her way into the fitness industry after her first daughter was born. Lauren has over 7 years of fitness experience as an AFAA certified personal trainer. A significant part of her experience includes owning and operating a Fit4Mom franchise where she enjoyed building community and teaching stroller bootcamps. As an avid runner, Lauren found pilates as a way to strengthen her core after her third daughter was born and reduce the high impact activity on her body. Lauren loved the work out so much she decided to become Lagree Fitness certified so she could share it with others. Lauren brings her high energy bootcamp style of teaching into her Lagree fitness classes.Lauren is passionate about helping her clients achieve their personal and fitness goals. She wholeheartedly believes that the strength you build on the reformer translates into strength for the challenges of our everyday lives. In her free time Lauren enjoys being a Colorado girl. You will find her running, hiking, cycling, skiing or taking a yoga class.

Katie McDonald

Katie relocated to Denver in 2012 after spending five years in Southern California. She discovered Lagree during a girl’s night out event and immediately loved it. She is passionate about the slow burning workout and the fast results it provides. Her love for fitness and nutrition stemmed from her early years in competitive cheerleading. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, biking and camping  with her husband and two daughters.  Katie loves trying new foods and creating new recipes in the kitchen.

Donna Hoang

Hi! My name is Donna and I am so excited to meet you in class! I am a Colorado native/born and raised right here in Highlands Ranch!

In my day to day life I am a nurse to traumatic brain injury patients, and on my free days I am at Restore Hyper Wellness in Highlands Ranch training in IV’s! I am bilingual (Vietnamese and English) and I have 2 bachelor degrees, one in healthcare administration and one in nursing. To my friends I am a “human Yelp” and you can always ask me for food, coffee shop, and fitness studio recommendations!

Shawna Hilton

Shawna has been in the fitness industry since 2005 as a Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer with ACSM and Nutrition Coach. In addition to Lagree Fitness, she has been certified to teach a variety of different formats of group fitness including boxing/kickboxing, fit wall, cycling and versa climbing. Shawna has always had a passion for fitness and grew up playing volleyball, basketball and was on the track and field team. She also competed in fitness and figure competitions for four years and really enjoyed the dedication and determination that it brought out in her. She has such a passion for teaching Lagree because of the incredible results that she has seen in the past including clients gaining strength and flexibility, losing unwanted weight and becoming pain free. In Shawna's free time, you can find her taking a group fitness class or boating, traveling and biking with her husband and two kids.

Alyssa Kapner

Alyssa is originally from Rochester, New York and moved to Denver in 2017. She started dancing at a young age and continued dancing throughout college, even minoring in dance at Ithaca College where she graduated in 2010. Fitness has always been an extremely important part of Alyssa's life, and especially fitness classes. It wasn't until she moved to Denver where she discovered Lagree, and like everybody else became addicted to this challenging, effective, and FUN workout. In 2019, Alyssa was taking at least 4-5 classes a week, and it became clear that she needed to get her Lagree certification. She has the best time creating playlists that will make this extremely tough workout manageable and the most enjoyable for everybody! When she isn't at Pilates Evolution Southglenn, she is a 2nd grade teacher in Denver Public Schools. Alyssa is also a part of a couple of different dance companies around Denver. In her spare time she loves being outdoors whether that is hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, or camping in the summertime!

Jesse DavisLess

Jesse is a Colorado native and grew up locally in Centennial. She currently attends Colorado University, Denver with plans to apply to medical school. She has been active her entire life with soccer, snowboarding and hiking. She has enjoyed Lagree for the past few years as a way to rehabilitate her core strength and help with back pain after playing soccer competitively her entire life. She is passionate about helping others to achieve functional strength with low impact. . She looks forward to seeing you in her classes!
