PRICING OPTIONS

We have a few options for getting started at Pilates Evolution. If you have an injury or just getting back into shape, we highly recommend you start with Private Sessions. Keep in mind - ALL three of our locations are separate and require a separate MINDBODY online account for scheduling classes and payments. If you want to split a membership or package between two studios please email us to set up.

01: private sessions

45 min

Private sessions are 45-minutes working with an instructor who can give you individual instruction. This option is perfect if you have past injuries or other considerations. Private sessions are also a good fit for anyone who is new to Pilates. Sessions are available for individuals or duets. Private sessions are recommended, but not required. Please email us at pilatesevolution@gmail.com to set up a private session these cannot be scheduled online.

02: first class $10

You can sign up for your first class by creating an account online to reserve a space in the class time and day of your choice. Reservations require a valid credit card to use our online scheduling system. When you arrive for your class make sure to sign in so we know you were there. Please note that not showing up for a first time class will result in a $10 additional charge to your credit card.

03: newby package

Can't decide? The Newby Package gives you a way to try it all. Experience the benefits of both private sessions and group classes.

KERRI ANNE REYNOLDS

Kerri found her love for fitness through her career in Volleyball. Her post graduate years were spent in Chicago, Illinois where she pursued a career in the health at College Park Athletic Club. Kerri moved to Denver in 2006, closer to her home town of Breckenridge, CO. Her focus is in Pilates where she enjoys fusing her athletic background with the practice of Pilates. In her spare time, you can find Kerri up in the mountains, snowboarding or mountain biking.

NICHOLE ERLANGER

My journey began over a year ago when I decided to change the way I was living and feeling. After having a spinal fusion and two children, I needed to strengthen my core and overall body. I began taking Barre classes and quickly added Pilates Evolution and OTF into my weekly routine. I fell in love with the changes in strength and flexibility I was seeing. What I love about Lagree is the low impact, high intensity workout that takes only 40 minutes and is customized by each teacher! Every Lagree routine includes well rounded movements that target the whole body and is adaptable for beginners up to the most advanced clients. I'm excited to be part of Pilates Evolution Stapleton and getting the opportunity to work with clients to find balance and changes in their lives!

BROOKE CHESEBRO

Brooke is a native to Colorado growing up in Loveland, CO. She went to college at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Since collage she's lived in Denver and loves everything Colorado has to offer. She's been a fan of group fitness since high school where she could do a mean grape vine in step aerobics! She has two very active kiddos in elementary school and has made it a priority to be a good example to them in health and fitness. She believes in variety and mixing it up when it comes to fitness and currently loves yoga, Barre, Body Combat, Body Pump and Orange Theory. She fell in love with the Lagree style pilates at Pilates Evolution and knew teaching was her next journey. She also believes getting a good workout in is just as beneficial to your physical health as it is to your mental health! Along with group fitness she's an avid runner running several half marathons. Some random facts about Brooke - she's currently done the Bolder Boulder 18 times and is double jointed in her hips!

ALIZA SCHOEN

I broke into fitness over 20 years ago when accidentally stumbling into an aerobics class, and was immediately hooked. Fitness is a true passion for me, helping people achieve their personal goals while having a good time and energizing their souls is important. I am certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor teaching cycling, TRX, HIIT, Insanity, step, and total body conditioning classes. 4 years ago I became certified as a health coach. Working one on one with individuals to make healthy food choices and incorporate exercise into their lives has been amazing. Most recently, I decided to expand my fitness background and became Lagree certified. Combining cardio, strength, balance and flexibility, and improving body composition in one workout has been rewarding. I am excited to be a part of Pilates Evolution and share my passion!

SHANNON PASCOE

Shannon received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2006. After graduation she chose to specialize in the area of oncological rehab with emphasis on breast cancer recovery, low back pain, postural dysfunction and core instability. Helping people heal and bringing them back to function has always been a strong passion of hers. After practicing as a PT for a few years, Shannon was introduced to Pilates not only as a tool to use in her rehab, but also, as an amazing work out to improve her athletic interests (ie: cycling, trail running and soccer). The specific LAGREE method of Pilates stepped up the level of performance/challenge tenfold!

Shannon appreciates the 40 minutes of full mind and body focus, as it allows her to practice positive energy, vitality, growth and fulfillment in every aspect of her life.

MARLEY FIELDS

Marley Fields was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. She grew up playing soccer competitively where 2 a day practices were the norm. In high school Marley suffered from injuries which ended her soccer career. She struggled to find a high intensity workout that challenged her but also kept her body safe and healthy. She was soon introduced to Classical Pilates and shortly after she found the Lagree Method. This is when her passion for fitness truly skyrocketed. She had never seen changes in her body happen like this and in such a short amount of time. Marley received her 600 hour Classical Pilates certification and Lagree certification in Los Angeles where the competition is no joke. Her class is challenging and upbeat. She is there as your coach to help you push yourself when you need that extra encouragement and to help you become the best version of you.

TARA CARVER

Tara is a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast. She played collegiate soccer in North Carolina, and has been a dedicated Pilates Evolution client since 2010 and believes Pilates is not "just another fitness class" but an important component of an active, healthy lifestyle. "What keeps me coming back, and inspired me to become an instructor, is the 40 minute, challenging, never boring workout, taught by high-caliber instructors, and most importantly, seeing the positive, life-long changes my body has made through this workout". Her classes are designed to challenge you, improve your strength, make you sweat and empower you to keep coming back! In her spare time, you can find her in the mountains, skiing, hiking or mountain biking.

KRISTY HARDEN

Kristy was exposed to and developed a love of Pilates from her years dancing ballet. Starting from a very early age she studied with various companies around the country including Joffery and Ballet West. After spending a year at the University of Utah majoring in ballet, Kristy had a change of heart as to the direction of her life. Nutrition became her passion. Three years later she finished her degree at Colorado State University with a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She currently works part time as a Registered Dietitian at a local hospital here in Denver evaluating and educating patients on ways they can improve their nutrition and health. A quote she particularly loves and tries to live by is, “The food you eat can be either the safest & most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.”. Kristy, who is married to her high-school sweetheart, is also a mother of 3 little kids ages 5,6 and 8. After the birth of her third child Kristy turned to Pilates once more and hasn’t been able to stop. It is simply amazing the way it changes the shape of your body!! She believes class should be fun, upbeat, motivating and challenging. Kristy looks forward to sharing her classes with you!!

MARLIE FISHER

Marlie has been a Denver gal since she was 4 and went to Boulder for her undergraduate degree. Marlie became interested in Pilates Evolution because she had a serious obsession with studio fitness classes. She was in search for something that would up her game and challenge her body. After her first class, she was addicted and has never looked back.

Some fun facts: Marlie has a Bernese mountain dog, she is a medical student, a ballet dancer for many years and was a competitive golfer in high school!

LESLIE CIKRA

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Denver in 2015. I've been involved in athletics since I was a kid and played collegiate volleyball at the University of Tennessee. Following my college career, I continued to pursue my volleyball career professionally. I sustained a season-ending back injury during my third pro season in South Korea, and found Lagree during my rehab journey back in Denver. A fellow PE instructor introduced me to Lagree and I have been in love with it ever since. I thrive on a good physical challenge and I love that this method really has no limits. I decided to become a Lagree instructor because I'm addicted to the workout and love that a 40 minute class can be so hard! I am also a certified yoga instructor. I utilize my knowledge of the body from years of professional volleyball and weight lifting to create physically challenging, fun workouts that push my students beyond what they think they are capable of. When I'm not in the studio I'm adventuring with my best friend, Josh and our two pups, Maverick and Mochi. I love yoga, hiking, camping and pretty much anything active and outside. I believe in the life-changing power of movement and mindfulness, and am so excited to be apart of the Pilates Evolution team!

ELIZABETH ADAMS

Elizabeth is originally from Arizona and has always enjoyed playing outdoors, being active and running. It was there that she was introduced to The Lagree Method and was immediately hooked! She moved to denver in 2012 and after seeing the benfits Lagree had done for her mobility and strength, she decided she wanted to become an instructor at Pilates Evolution. She is ACE certified group fitness instructor and also a fitness nutrition specialist. When she is not in the studio, you can find her hanging out with her boys, dancing to live music and traveling abroad with her family.
